Kinbaku with flow – Praga
26 Novembre 2019 @ 20:00 - 22:00
The kinbaku is a dialogue that is always new, always different, just like our state of mind when we are preparing to do any other activity, and it is this always different being that makes the emotions that travel on the ropes unique and unrepeatable. At the base of everything there is a deep trust: the person who relies on the ropes at that moment is giving his freedom. For Giuseppe, Kinbaku is a journey to the unknown every time, but every time he knows himself better and the other person is really worth every time.
First we will start with Takate kote and we will give the tie a meaning. We will use pauses and gestures to bring story to the tie. Handcuff is saying “you are mine”, first wrap “you are in my power”, second wrap means “you are immobilized”. We will use frictions and final knot to enhance the story of one in control and the other one submitting to the experience. This will include also handling of the model’s body.
Second part of the workshop will focus on tying waist and legs in mermaid tie or similar to follow the narrative we have started with the TK.
Necessary level: participants should be able to tie any version of Takate kote
Bring with you:
Rope – at least five or six ropes, there will be ropes to borrow or buy
Comfortable clothes
About Giuseppe Ambrosia
I approached bondage in 2012 in then small Turin community. Over the years I have studied, observed, looked for the style that I felt closest to, and I realized that Japanese bondage (kinbaku) was the direction I wanted to take.
In 2014 I decided to open the Bondage Laboratory in Turin, with the aim of encouraging encounters and exchanges between enthusiasts, and I organized shibari courses with various Italian and European teachers .
